About the owners
brice miles
A native of Fort Wayne, IN, Brice Miles spent his high school career as a General graduating from Wayne High School in 2007 where he played basketball. He led the State of Indiana in assists both his junior and senior year allowing him recognition as a “Top 40” player in Indiana.
He continued his basketball career at Ancilla Junior College and completed his athletics and education on the collegiate level at Indiana Tech, receiving his B.S. in Recreation Management in 2012.
Brice is also a NCCPT Certified Trainer specializing in Sport and Position Specific Performance training for athletes in the areas of speed, agility, strength, functional, fitness/health coaching, one on one basketball skill training, and overall wellness.

She is CEO and operator at TruFit in Fort Wayne, IN, alongside her husband, Owner – Brice Miles. This busy mom is no stranger to hard work and dedication and is a leader in excellence. Her mission to “increase ladies’ confidence and shape their curves” is driven by a passion to enrich their lives with a stronger sense of self and the tools that build a healthier lifestyle!
At the core, Sabrina encourages the ladies in her group to take care of their whole temple: mind, body, and soul. TruFit’s values include: giving clients a sense of community with which to set goals, celebrate wins, and most importantly support one another in their fitness journey.
Sabrina works hard to motivate and empower ladies in and out of the gym by offering a flexible schedule, custom 1-on-1 work outs, group workouts, and meal plans including a very effective 6-week sugar cleanse all designed to build lean, sexy curves! Her tough expectations will push you to your limits while her knowledge and individual focus enables her to customize workouts around prior injuries.
