What to expect

Focused attention on deeper understanding athleticism(agility/change of direction, movement specific footwork, injury reduction exercises, flexibility/ mobility) mechanics and effort it takes to maximize each area. Intro to middle level plyometrics. Begin to load body with weight/ resistance bands to increase force production. EXPAND WORK CAPACITY!!!!

UPPERCLASSMAN - All above with  w/ weight overload. Begin to train sport specific to simplify transference of drills to competition. Advanced plyometric and lateral movement training to increase change of direction efficiency. High focus on energy systems development.
